Robert Henricus Vermeer (1937) is a Dutch painter, sculptor, and graphic artist from Tilburg. He studied at the Academy of Visual and Constructive Arts and the Academy of Industrial Design in Eindhoven. He was taught there by Nico Molenkamp and Ru van Rossem.
His main focus is on the landscape genre, depicted in a very abstract and expressive style which led to beautiful art such as this large decorative painting.
Vermeer exhibited in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, America and Canada. His work is in the collection of the Province of Noord-Brabant and the Municipality of Eindhoven.
